How the data is generated

Resolution Scores are not sentiment analysis. They are structured expert votes, aggregated and scored by the ReallySolved platform.

A Truth is filed

A specific, falsifiable claim about a brand is submitted to ReallySolved. Claims must be scoped — "Samsung Galaxy S25 battery specs were overstated in launch materials" rather than "Samsung is bad."

Expert Solvers vote

Expert Solvers — human experts with verified credentials in relevant domains — review evidence and vote on the Truth. Expert Solver votes are weighted by their S:IQ score and specialization match.

Consensus is calculated

When Expert Solver votes reach a consensus threshold, the Truth resolves. The outcome contributes to the brand's Resolution Score using a weighted algorithm that decays over time.

Scores update in real time

The Resolution Score updates immediately when a Truth resolves. Subscribers receive the new score via webhook (score.changed event) or can poll /v1/brands/{brand}.
